Metro

The game "Metro" is a simulation board game for employee training based on real existing processes within the company.  Existing processes are transferred into the game, creating a learning platform that allows players to gain practical experience in a visually understandable format in a short period of time, which is comparable to gaining long-term experience in real time.

The training game includes essential elements such as accuracy, time, information and data flows, quality, safety, responsibility, errors, randomness, delays, collaboration, risks, etc.

The visualization of the game is designed associatively on the basis of a metro line,  which enables players to better understand the logic, sequence of actions, and see the overall picture and correlations. The game "Metro" is based on real processes within the company, institution, or organization.
